We spent a lovely Easter Weekend with family. Aaron's sister Angela was in town with her family Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so the kids got some awesome cousin time on top of the excitement of going to their grandparents' house three days in a row! They kept themselves busy with many creative adventures like building fairy villages in Grandma's backyard among other things. Pretend play, a movie at the theater, Easter arts and crafts by Angela, a sleep-over with Julia, forts, dying eggs, brunch, an egg hunt, watching Aunt Sarah in a musical performance at church, a few dinner's together at Grandma's house, jumping on the trampoline, board games, tea party, blowing bubbles, sidewalk chalk...and with all of that we somehow managed to make it home to our own house each night and attended church in our own ward. Lots of trips back and forth to Grandma's house, lots of gas and travel time, but giving our children these memories was worth it!
